Your enterprise agreement lays out the terms and conditions of your work, including your wage, leave, workload, and dispute resolution processes.
Victorian TAFE teachers in standalone institutes are covered by the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2018 (MEAA 2018).
Victorian TAFE teachers in the dual sector universities are covered by the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2015 (MEA 2015).
Employees shall be paid the salary appropriate to their classification.
All TAFE teachers employed in standalone institutes are covered by the MEA 2018, which came into effect on October 19, 2018.

The award sets the minimum terms and conditions of a workplace. Each award is determined by Fair Work Australia, and an employer cannot lawfully provide terms and conditions that are worse than the award.
When an enterprise agreement is in operation, the award does not apply.
Victorian TAFE teachers are covered by the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2010.
