1. Check whether you have an online account
Everyone must create a new user account for our website, even if they have been an AEU member for years. If you have not yet created an account, click here to set it up. Make sure you use the same email address associated with your AEU membership.
2. Clear your browser cookies and cache
Try this only if you have confirmed that you have an online account.
First, identify which browser you are using - this is the program you use to surf the net.
