The PLC has assisted many schools (primary, secondary and special setting) to deliver engaging, meaningful and targeted professional learning at a very low cost. We cover a range of topics, including:

Seeking professional support at your next network meeting?

The PLC can work with your Network Steering Committee to plan professional development activities that are engaging and have real impact on the work principals do in schools. We can work with you to design professional learning that best suits your needs. Possible topics include:

  • Effective approaches to challenging conversations
  • Integrating strategic priorities in performance management and team collaboration
  • Narrative in leadership
  • Wellbeing

  • Instructional leadership.

Applying for leadership and classroom teacher positions? Wanting to develop your application writing and interview skills?

The PLC offers individualised support and coaching, as well as school workshops, to help prepare and empower you for this process. Participants will be encouraged to recognise their strengths and skills, and to translate these into effective applications and interview presentations.
