Over the last fifteen years this growing field, pioneered by Prof Martin Seligman (Uni of Pennsylvania), has developed the PERMA model to improve your wellbeing: positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment.

Being in leadership is a highly complex professional job and the demands of the job impact variously on people as they engage with the profession. This workshop considers strategies to assist you to thrive rather than just survive. You will be introduced to tested ways to improve your wellbeing. It will give you the skills and 'active ingredients' to flourish in your leadership role.
